One-off or scheduled non-hazardous collections for offices, shops, landlords and small commercial premises.
Collection and delivery quotations for suitable packaged goods, single items, pallets and multi-stop routes.
A good collection starts before the vehicle arrives. The remote enquiry format helps identify the right service, likely capacity and access requirements early.
The website collects the details needed for an initial assessment. A booking is only formed when a quotation is accepted and confirmed.
Choose the service, add postcodes, describe the load and include access information.
Photos or measurements may be requested to estimate volume, weight and handling needs.
You receive the price basis, included work, exclusions and proposed date or time window.
Ensure safe access and that the items match the accepted description when the vehicle arrives.
Guide prices are not automatic offers. Weight, access, parking, distance, labour, disposal fees and special handling can affect the final quotation.

For larger household, landlord or light commercial clear-outs with normal access.

Show the full pile, largest items and any stairs, gates or narrow access.

No. The service is for non-hazardous waste only. Do not include asbestos, solvents, oils, fuels, gas cylinders, clinical waste, chemicals, contaminated materials or any item that requires specialist hazardous-waste handling.
The cards are price guides. A final quotation depends on the information and photos supplied. It may be revised if the actual load, weight, access, distance or required labour differs materially from the accepted description.
Most initial assessments can be completed using photos, measurements, postcodes and access notes. A site assessment may still be needed for complex, heavy or uncertain loads.
Separate excluded materials, make the route safe, arrange parking or permits, secure pets, and ensure someone authorised is available unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Where a waste transfer note or equivalent record is required for a collection, the necessary details are agreed as part of the booking and service documentation.
Cancellation rights and charges depend on whether you are a consumer or business customer, the service type, timing and whether work has started at your request. See the Terms of Service for the full position.
Use this shorter form to start. More detail or photos can be requested when the enquiry is reviewed.
Do not submit details of hazardous materials. If the load contains anything uncertain, list it clearly so suitability can be assessed before any booking.
